My office switched our server and we now have to use imap for our email. I'm running Outlook 2007. When we used pop 3 I had no trouble setting up rules for my incoming emails. I would receive them all on my BB Bold 9700. Now with imap, if I set up a rule for my incoming email to go into a subfoler, I'm not receiving it on my BB. Anyone know why or what I can do to fix this?

If you're setting up your Outlook email as a regular BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) email with POP or IMAP, then you're not going to see your subfolders. What you need to do is go back to your IT department at your job and request they grant you OWA (Outlook Web Access) or (If they have one) add you to their BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server). Those 2 options are the only way you're going to see your subfolders on your device.
