This company and its employees, from start to finish, are excellent as is the swing set I purchased for my preschool/childcare. My first contact was with Marilyn over Facebook messenger. She was so kind and answered all my MANY questions patiently. When it was apparent that I needed more directions, she gave me her contact info via phone and email so that the process went smoother. I traveled to their showroom in Ronks, PA, so that I could view the sets in person. Michael was there that Saturday and answered more questions, directed me to the on site play sets, and gave me a book and price sheet. Michael was as patient and kind as Marilyn! My next contact after choosing my play set was with Jonathon who scheduled the installation. The kindness, patience, and professionalism continued with Jonathon as well as with Marcus and Ryan who actually delivered and installed my play set. After extensive research we selected Backyard Showcase to purchase our 14x14 cedar pergola. Mike Zook and the rest of the staff were very friendly and responsive to all our phone calls and questions.
